I provide chiropractic services to a wide range of people. This has necessitated that I acquire a wide range of skills to get the job done.

Diversified Technique

I was trained in Diversified Technique at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. This is the type of chiropractic care with which most people are familiar. It involves manual adjustments of the spine and extremities.

Sacro-Occipital

Along with Diversified Technique, I employ Sacro-Occipital Technique with each treatment. Sacro-Occipital Technique involves the use of blocks to help the body find its own balance. It can often reduce the amount of force necessary to restore motion to joints.

In order to support these adjustments, and to provide options to patients who "don't like the cracking sound," I have also studied BioGeometric Integration, CranioSacral Therapy, Reconnective Healing and Craniopathy.

Appointments

Initial visits are approximately one hour in length. We start by thoroughly reviewing your health history. We talk about your goals and objectives and then determine a path to reach them. You receive a complete examination and treatment on your first visit. Finally, we discuss plans for your follow-up care. Follow-up visits are 15-30 minutes in length, and are scheduled based on YOUR wishes and according to YOUR schedule.
